PURPOSE: A fine screen plate for removing impurities and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve an outer esthetic sense of products with durability and accuracy of a welding joint part, and to prevent twisting and protrusion of the welding joint part. CONSTITUTION: A fine screen plate for removing impurities comprises the following: an auxiliary connecting rod(12) in which a plurality of mounting grooves(13) of three angles groove structure is formed and connected to a feature frame(11) inner side has symmetrical structure; a wedge bar(2) in which an insertion protrusion of reverse triangle structure is included, is inserted into the mounting groove; and melting air gap(14) formed on the mounting groove inner side according to line contact insertion structure of the wedge bar.
