PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic control structure of a cabinet which brings down a barycentric position and reduces the costs without deteriorating seismic control performance, which improves the flexibility in the use of a ceiling part of an inner cabinet.SOLUTION: An inner cabinet 2 is housed in an outer cabinet 1 where a frame member is securely joined by welding or a corner member. A lower part of the inner cabinet 2 is supported by the outer cabinet 1 through a seismic control member 9 including a viscoelastic body 13. An upper part of the inner cabinet 2 is fixed to the outer cabinet 1 by screws. The structure obtains seismic control effects similar to that of a conventional structure, where the viscoelastic body 13 is disposed in the ceiling part, even through a viscoelastic body of the ceiling part of the inner cabinet 2 is eliminated. |
