PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain sufficient strength as a road bed material with no elution of fluorine and heavy metals by utilizing combustion ash obtained by combusting fossil fuel, biomass fuel or the like in combination with cement so as to make efficient use of volcanic ash including ash fall.SOLUTION: A road bed material is produced using a raw material comprising volcanic ash, combustion ash, cement and silt, wherein <60 mass% of the volcanic ash, 5-40 mass% of the combustion ash, 20-45 mass% of the cement and 10-50 mass% of the silt are blended, and preferably ≤50 mass%, in total, of the volcanic ash and 5-40 mass% of the combustion ash, 20-45 mass% of the cement and 10-50 mass% of the silt are blended. |
