PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite balance whose features as a function of temperature can be more easily adjusted and which is obtained via a manufacturing method that comprises fewer steps.SOLUTION: The composite balance is formed in a silicon-based material layer 21, and includes a hub 39 connected to a felloe 37 by at least one arm 40, 41, 42, 43. The felloe 37 includes a first additional part in the shape of a notched ring with a density higher than that of the silicon-based material to increase the inertia of the composite balance, where the first additional part is formed by electroplating. |
