APPARATUS FOR SLICING FOOD PRODUCTS

An apparatus for slicing food products is described, wherein the food product is arranged inside a container (17) associated to a movable carriage (6) carrying the product towards a cutting plane defined by a rotating blade (2); after slicing, the container can be removed from the carriage and then vacuum sealed for preserving the piece of product left.
