PURPOSE: A laboratory container capable of being tightened by turning a lid at a low number of rotations is provided to conveniently close a lid a low number of rotations in case of a laboratory container. CONSTITUTION: A laboratory container comprises a container unit(110) contained with a sample. a main body(100) with four first screw threads(122) having a first screw thread starting point(122a,122b,122c,122d) on the outer circumference divided quarterly of the upper part of the container unit, and a lid with four second screw threads having a second screw thread on the inner circumference divided quarterly to be matched with the first screw thread corresponding to the first screw thread starting point of the main body. The first screw thread has four independent screw threads, and comprises two of each of two-stage screw thread layer with the length of each screw thread has half length of the outer circumference of the main body. The second screw thread has four independent screw threads, and comprises two of each of two-stage screw thread layer with the length of each screw thread has half length of the inner circumference of the lid. The endpoint of the first screw has a first protrusion portion(124) protruded from the endpoint of the first screw thread. The laboratory container has a second protrusion portion protruded from the endpoint of the second screw thread. The first protrusion portion has a first inclined part to get higher toward the matching direction and to be drastically inclined on the end part. The second protrusion part has a second inclined part to get higher toward the matching direction and to be drastically inclined on the end part. The main body is composed of a polypropylene material with high hardness, and the lid is composed of a poly ethylene material having a low hardness. |
