PURPOSE: A torque measuring device and a torque measuring system are provided to uniformly adopt various torque sensors and various adopters equipped with the torque sensors, thereby measuring the torque. CONSTITUTION: A torque measuring device (20) includes a motor unit (200), a unit connector, and a frame (100). The motor unit includes a motor (230) generating power and an upper rotating unit (220) for transmitting the power of the motor. The unit connector transmits power generated by the motor. The motor unit is seated on the frame and connected to the frame. The frame includes an adopter mounting unit (113) on which at least one torque sensor unit (300) sensing the torque according to the power transmitted by the unit connector is mounted. |
