<p>Provided herein are antibodies-specific for CLL-1 ("CLL-1 antibodies") that bind a high percentage of CLL-1 expressing primary cells from AML patient samples. In some embodiments, the CLL-1 antibody specifically binds the extracellular domain of human CLL-1 with a Kd of 10 nM or less. In some embodiments, the CLL-1 antibody binds cynomolgus CLL-I with a Kd of ?00??, ?0??, 1 nM, 100 pM or less. For example, in some embodiments, cynomolgus CLL-1 and human CLL-1 compete for binding to the CLL-1 antibody. One of skill will understand that higher affinity binding is expressed as lower Kd (lower concentration of antibody target necessary for binding). In some embodiments, the CLL-1 antibody is part of a bispecific antibody. In some embodiments, the CLL-1 antibody is linked to a cytotoxin.</p> |
