Disclosed are an intelligent login authentication system and a method of the same. The intelligent login authentication system according to the present invention includes the following parts: an account confirmation part to confirm account information corresponding to a login request when a user terminal submits the login request for a certain account of a web server providing a web service; a location-based authentication part to implement location-based authentication based on the location of the user terminal and the location of a legitimate user of an account corresponding to the login request; a legitimacy confirmation part to transmit a predetermined confirmation signal to a terminal of the legitimate user; and a control part to maintain the login of the user terminal, which is logged in, or to log out the user terminal depending on whether a response signal is received from the terminal of the legitimate user based on the transmitted confirmation signal. The control part is configured by the legitimate user, and does not allow login even for a login request which can successfully obtain login information authentication, which is based on login information stored in the web server in advance, and the location-based authentication, if the login request was submitted during a block time corresponding to block time information wherein a block time can be specified.
