PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a macro lens system capable of reducing the load on an image blur correction mechanism by reducing the weight and the amount of the movement of an image blur correction lens group, and achieving excellent optical performance in correcting image blur by suppressing the occurrence of aberrations such as a spherical aberration and a coma aberration.SOLUTION: A macro lens system includes, in order from an object side, a first lens group having positive refractive power, and a second lens group having positive or negative refractive power. When focusing from an infinity object to a short distance object, at least the first lens group moves toward the object side. In the macro lens system, the second lens group includes, in order from the object side, a second-A lens group having negative refractive power, and a second-B lens group having positive refractive power. The macro lens system satisfies the following conditional expression (1): (1) -5.0<f2A/fi<-0.8, where f2A is the focal length of the second-A lens group, and fi is the focal length of the entire system when focusing at an infinity object. |
