PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tsunami meter workpiece, in relation to tsunami generation warning and stop processing of a nuclear power plant in the Great East Japan Earthquake.SOLUTION: A tsunami meter workpiece includes a seismo-conductive sensor that adopts a phase control of an energy field to informatization (understanding of the occurrence and size of tsunami) for "trade-off of the speed and time" according to Martin Buber who recognizes the speed as information based on an idea of "experiencing the same thing twice is considered God (information)" in a plate with holes being the source of vibration, and obtains power generation information of a wave power device. |
