PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die with a bearing, an apparatus for manufacturing an insulated wire, and a method for manufacturing an insulated wire which are capable of reducing variation in thickness of an insulating coating applied to a conductor.SOLUTION: A die with a bearing 10 comprises a die 1 and a bearing member 2. The die 1 has one end face 3 and the other end face 4 facing each other and has a through hole 5 penetrating between the one end face 3 and the other end face 4. The bearing member 2 is disposed on the one end face 3 side of the die 1. The bearing member 2 includes a rolling element 7, and the die 1 is configured to be at least rotatable around a penetration direction, in which the though hole 5 penetrates, or movable in a plane orthogonal to the penetration direction on the basis of rolling of the rolling element 7.
