PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyfunctional thio(meth)acrylate resin, which allows formation of a cured film that has high hardness and scratch resistance, excellent hard coat property, and high flexibility with high elongation and bending property.SOLUTION: A polyfunctional thio(meth)acrylate resin is obtained in the following production process and has a terminal structure expressed by general formula (1). The production process includes an ene-thiol reaction between a thiol terminal of a polyfunctional thiol compound (A) and a (meth)acryloyl group present at least in one end of a bifunctional (meth)acrylate compound, and an addition reaction of an isocyanate group-containing (meth)acrylate compound, wherein when x is defined by x=(weight-average molecular weight of the polyfunctional thiol compound (A))/(number of thiol groups in one molecule of the polyfunctional thiol compound (A)), x of the polyfunctional thiol compound is 100 or more and 500 or less.
