PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a record material including a printing part that can be observed through a base material, wherein the printing part is provided in a desired shape, and having excellent shiny appearance as a mirror surface.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a record material has: a first ink imparting step that imparts a first ink 2' including a first polymerizable compound 21' to a base material 1; a first curing step to polymerize the first polymerizable compound 21'; a second ink imparting step that imparts a second ink 3' including a second polymerizable compound 32' and a metal powder 31 on a cured material 21 of the first polymerizable compound 21'; and a second curing step that polymerizes the second polymerizable compound 32'. The contact angle to the base material 1 of the first ink 2' is ≥30° and ≤85°, the time to applying a curing process to the droplet from landing of the droplet of the first ink 2' to the base material 1 in the first ink imparting step is 1 sec or less, and the time to applying the curing process to the droplet in the second curing step from landing of the droplet of the second ink 3' to the cured material 21 of the first polymerizable compound 21' is 10 sec or more. |
