PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric circuit having the function of amplifying a current which supplies a desired voltage by suppressing an effect of a variation in threshold voltage between transistors.SOLUTION: About a transistor 211 for inputting an analog signal and a transistor 212 functioning as a constant current source, a gate-source voltage or a voltage depending on a threshold voltage is acquired, held and superimposed on a later input signal potential to cancel a variation in threshold voltage or a variation in gate-source voltage between the transistors. The gate-source voltage or the voltage depending on the threshold voltage is acquired and held by means of switches 215, 217, 220, 222 disposed in a gate-source path and a gate-drain path of the transistor, and capacitances 213, 214 disposed in the gate-source path. |
