PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure capable of enhancing strength and sound insulating performance, and to provide a construction method for the same.SOLUTION: The floor structure comprises: a plurality of floor joists 2 arranged at intervals from one another; a floor surface material 3 fixed to upper faces 2a of the floor joists 2; ceiling backing members 5 perpendicular to the floor joists 2 and fixed over lower faces 2b of the plurality of floor joists 2; reinforcing members 6 perpendicular to the floor joints 2 and fixed over the lower faces 2b of the plurality of floor joists 2; and ceiling surface materials 4 fixed to the ceiling backing members 5. The ceiling backing members 5 each have a first fixation plate part 11 fixed via a fixing member to the floor joist 2, a second fixation plate part 14 formed approximately parallel to the first fixation plate part 11, where the ceiling surface material 4 is fixed via the fixing member, and a connection plate part 13 elastically deformable and connecting the first fixation plate part 11 and the second fixation plate part 12. Clearances S1 are formed between each of the reinforcing members 6 and the ceiling surface material 4. |
