Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for sampling inductor current of a bridgeless PFC circuit. The apparatus comprises a first sampling unit, a second sampling unit, and a third sampling unit. The apparatus for sampling inductor current of the bridgeless PFC circuit is connected to a bridgeless PFC circuit. The first sampling unit is connected in series to a first switch tube of the bridgeless PFC circuit, and is used for sampling current passing through the first switch tube to acquire a first sampled signal V1. The second sampling unit is connected in series to a second switch tube of the bridgeless PFC circuit, and is used for sampling current passing through a second switch tube to acquire a second sampled signal V2. One end of the third sampling unit is connected to a ground terminal of the bridgeless PFC circuit, the other end is connected to a negative output terminal of a PFC capacitor of the bridgeless PFC circuit, and is used for sampling current passing through a boost diode of the bridgeless PFC circuit to acquire a third sampled signal V3.
