An optical reflection element comprises: an anchoring part further comprising a pair of sides which are opposite one another; a pair of first oscillation parts further comprising ends which are respectively connected to the pair of sides of the anchoring unit; a pair of connection parts which are respectively connected to the other ends of the pair of first oscillation parts; a movable frame which is rotatably supported on the other ends of the pair of first oscillation parts via the pair of connection parts; a pair of second oscillation parts further comprising ends which are respectively connected to a pair of sides of the movable frame; and a mirror part which is rotatably connected to other ends of the pair of second oscillation parts. The pair of second oscillation parts is configured to transmit a rotation oscillation about an axis of rotation to the mirror part. The pair of connection parts is connected to the movable frame in a direction of the axis of rotation. The pair of connection parts is connected to the portions of the movable frame having the smallest displacement owing to a rotational oscillation of the mirror part. This optical reflection element minimizes an unnecessary oscillation, and is capable of projecting a clear image.
