PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve damage stability, and to stably lift powder and granular material from a hold.SOLUTION: A cargo lifting device includes a bucket elevator which is provided to a powder and granular material carrier to transfer cargoes such as powder and granular materials in a vertical direction, a flow conveyor which is connected to the bucket elevator to transfer the powder and granular materials or the like toward the lower end side of the bucket elevator, an air slider 141 for transferring the powder and granular materials in a hold toward the flow conveyor, and a mountain-shaped powder and granular material stagnation preventive device 142. An air slider 421 is provided on the upper surface of a slope of the mountain-shaped powder and granular material stagnation preventive device. |
