PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ink for inkjet recording having excellent storage stability, and having excellent clogging resilience and continuous printing stability as well, and to provide a recording method using the ink.SOLUTION: Ink for inkjet recording includes a coloring material and alkylpolyols, wherein the alkylpolyols include two or more types of first alkylpolyols having a log P value of ≥-0.7 and ≤0.01, and a normal boiling point of greater than or equal to ≥180°C and ≤250°C, and the content of the alkylpolyols is ≥5 mass% and ≤30 mass%. |
