PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tool for a vacuum cleaner that can perform constantly stable control of a rotation number of a rotary brush.SOLUTION: A suction tool for a vacuum cleaner includes: a dust detection means 38 for detecting that the dust has passed a suction air flow path in which suction force of an electric fan 49 of the vacuum cleaner acts; a dust reporting means 47 for reporting according to an output of the dust detection means 38; a power generator 35 for generating power by the rotation force of a turbine rotated by the suction force of the electric fan 49; a rotary brush for scratching up the dust and interlocking with the turbine; a power generation detecting means 71 for detecting the amount of a voltage or current generated by the power generator 35; and an air flow adjustment means 42 for adjusting the intake amount to the turbine. The rotation number of the rotary brush is controlled according to the output of the power generation detecting means 71 and the rotation number of the rotary brush is increased in connection with the operation of the dust reporting means 47 when detecting the dust and thereby, constantly stable control of a rotation number of a rotary brush can be performed regardless of the volume of the suction air and the types of the surface to be cleaned. |
