<p>The continuous process according to the present invention is aimed at producing dry biomass by a two-step organic waste drying process. The previously screened and ground waste is poured into a first drier, inside which temperatures range from 280°C to 300°C at the inlet thereof and from 90°C to 100°C at the outlet thereof, and is then transferred to a conveyor belt where it is partially cooled at room temperature, then poured into a second drier, inside which temperatures range from 180°C to 200°C at the inlet thereof and from 75° to 85°C at the outlet thereof, completing the process, during which a negative pressure is maintained inside the driers by the exhaust flow and the oxygen content is maintained between 5 and 7%.</p> |
