The embodiment of the present invention provides a data boundary determining method, indication information transmitting method and device thereof, wherein the boundary determining method comprises the steps of: a base station locating in a non-reference cell obtains the timing information of a reference cell, or obtains the parameter for determining the boundary information of the High Speed Dedicated Physical Control Channel HS-DPCCH; the base station determines the boundary information of the HS-DPCCH based on the timing information of the reference cell or the parameter, wherein the boundary information is used for the base station finding the HS-DPCCH timing. The present invention resolves the technical problem in the prior art that the downlink data transmission performance is decreased caused by the base station locating in the non-reference cell can not find the correct HS-DPCCH boundary.
