PURPOSE: A feeder cone internal residue raw coal anti-drop apparatus is provided to solve the dropping problem of the residue raw coal, by connecting with a sliding pipe and automatically opening and closing a lower part outlet. CONSTITUTION: A feeder cone internal residue raw coal anti-drop apparatus comprises a fixed bracket(210), a pair of rack gear(220), a support stand(240), a pinion gear(260), a ball screw(250) and a pair of plate. The fixed bracket is installed at an outer peripheral surface of a feeder cone main body(100). A pair of rack gear is arranged in the lower part by penetrating the fixed bracket. The support stand is fixed to the outer periphery of a sliding pipe(200) which moves inside the feeder cone main body. The pinion gear rotates through a fixing member which is extended from the support stand, and is meshed with the rack gear. The ball screw penetrates the center of the pinion gear, is screw-coupled to an inner periphery of the pinion gear, and is screw-coupled with the support stand as well. A plate box penetrates a bottom side outlet of the sliding pipe in the diametric direction. A pair of plate is bearing combined to an end of the ball screw, and opens/closes the bottom side outlet of the sliding pipe by sliding along the plate box. |
