摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing sintered ore using iron ore fine with high contents of alumina is provided to increase the productivity of sinter, and to reducing sintering time by adding 4-5mm pellets into sintered materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing sintered ore using iron ore fine with high contents of alumina comprises following steps. Water is added into sintered materials containing iron ore, supplementary materials, and fuel. The pellets are manufactured by mixing high-alumina iron ore fine with 3-4 weight% of AL2O3, low-alumina iron ore fine with less than 0.5 weight% of Al2O3, and assembly binders. The second assembly is performed by adding the pellets into the sintered materials.
