PURPOSE: An adhesive sheet structure for a decorative pattern plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a crack or discoloration and to easily manage to be clean. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an adhesive sheet structure for a decorative pattern plate comprises: a step of arranging a hotfix in a predetermined shape; a step of arranging a pattern unit of the hotfix in an opposite shape by adhering to the protruding surface of a domed part of the pattern unit with an adhesive tape; and a step of adhering the adhesive tape on a release paper sheet in which a release layer is formed without adhering a hotfix adhesive layer of the pattern unit.
