PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a relation between a clock number and a time even when stability of a clock generator such as a reference oscillator is low and each clock time generated is different from a time to be assumed.SOLUTION: A clock number/time association circuit includes: a clock number counter 42 that counts an input clock and outputting a clock number; a highly accurate time acquisition device 43 that acquires a highly accurate time; a clock number/time integrator 44 that generates time/number pair data formed by associating the clock number output by the clock number counter 42 with the time acquired by the highly accurate time acquisition device; and a clock number/time relation identification device 48 that acquires time/number pair relation information representing a relation between the clock number and the time on the basis of the time/number pair data generated by the clock number/time integrator 44.
