摘要 The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a target to be used in depositing a CZTSe(Cu-Zn-Sn-Se)-based light absorbing thin film of a solar cell. The method comprises: (1) a step of preparing Cu, Zn, Sn and Se powder at a mole ratio of 2+alpha:1+beta:1:4; (2) a step of introducing the Cu, Zn, Sn and Se powder and metal balls into a container and stirring the powder to synthesize CZTSe material by mechanical force; (3) a step of pressurizing and firing the synthesized CZTSe material to produce pellets having shapes corresponding to the shape of the target; and (4) a step of performing a heat treatment on the produced pellets to produce a final single CZTSe target. The final single CZTSe target has a composition of Cu(2+a)Zn(1+beta)SnSe4 (0<=alpha<1, 0<=beta<=1, where at least one of alpha and beta is larger than zero).
