The present invention relates to a solar energy generating system for producing electricity by using solar energy, and more specifically relates to a solar energy generating system for high temperature environments which has outstanding electricity generating efficiency even in high temperature environments. The solar energy generating system for high temperature environments of the present invention is adapted to separate solar energy and collect light in the spectral region required for photovoltaic electricity generation in a solar cell such that a solar cell cooling effect can be expected and, more particularly, the invention can prevent the reduction in electricity generating efficiency which is caused by reduced performance of solar cells in high temperature environments. Also, there is the advantage of improved electricity generating efficiency since electricity is generated after having separated the solar energy into solar energy in the spectral region required for photovoltaic electricity generation and solar energy in the remaining spectral region required for thermoelectric electricity generation by means of reflection and transmission of the incident solar energy as a whole. |
