<p>A method for detecting the start of a frame in a signal comprising cross correlating the signal with a known preamble sequence, conjugate multiplying the correlation results with a delayed version of it (delay equal to preamble length) in order to cancel the frequency offset effect of increasing the phase of consecutive correlation results, and finally coherently combining the phase corrected correlation results and compare with a detection threshold.</p> |
