First ridges (13, 13) are formed on the inner peripheral surface of a housing hole (11) in a damper body (1). The first ridges (13) are disposed at the intermediate section between the opening and the bottom section (12) of the housing hole (11). The first ridges (13) are inserted in insertion grooves (31) in a valve body (3). A first annular protrusion (23) and a second annular protrusion (24) are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of a rotor (2), the first annular protrusion (23) being rotatably fitted in the portion of the housing hole (11) which is between the first ridges (13) and the bottom section (12), the second annular protrusion (24) being rotatably fitted in the opening of the housing hole (11) which is located on the outer side of the first ridges (13). Insertion grooves (26) are formed in the outer peripheral surface of the first annular protrusion (23). The insertion grooves (26) and the insertion grooves (31) are disposed and formed so that, when insertion grooves (26) and the insertion grooves (31) are faced to each other in the axial direction of the housing hole (11), the first ridges (13) pass through the insertion grooves (26) and enter the insertion grooves (31). |
