The method involves selecting a value of a parameter from a list of values (Ivp1-IVp3) organized hierarchically in a data base (B). A request is made in the data base to obtain a layout (MP) and content associated with the determined value of the parameter for each of paragraphs (par-i), where the layout is associated with a value of the parameter greater than the determined value. A document (P) is generated in an electronic format, where the document contains contents of paragraphs returned by the request, and is displayed according to layout returned by the request. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a system for automatic generation of a proxy document (2) a proxy document to authorize an agent to perform an action on behalf of a constituent. |
