The present invention relates to a cartridge for analyzing samples by using localized surface plasmon resonance and an analyzing method using the same and, more specifically, to the cartridge for analyzing the samples and the analyzing method using the same using an absorbance change value relative to an effective refractive index change according to the localized surface plasmon resonance to a reaction range between the samples such as biological compounds or low molecular compounds on the surface in which metal nanoparticles are fixed to a spectrum analyzer, or using an absorption wavelength change value showing a maximum signal size relative to the effective refractive index change. |
