A base (2) has metallic limbs (4a,4b) that are provided along longitudinal axis. Transverse extension arms (12) are arranged at right angles to the limbs. The wires (8) are retained by hooks (6a,6b). The openings (10a) formed at limbs are adapted to cross-sectional shapes of transverse extension arms, for permitting the arms to be pushed through the base at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the base into the locking position. A form-locking connection is produced between the base and the transverse extension arms in locking position.
