The present invention is provided to make a standpipe securely stand by enabling a connection pipe fixing pin, which has a vertical length from the lower part of the standpipe, to be inserted into a connection pipe rib. The present invention comprises a main body having an accommodation unit for collecting wastewater, which is flowed in through an inlet, and flowing wastewater out through an outlet; a connection pipe having multiple ribs on the lower end thereof; and the standpipe having the lower end thereof to be air-tightly coupled to the upper end of the connection pipe, and a vertical length for a manhole cover, which adheres to the upper end thereof, to be exposed to the ground. The intercepting chamber for secure connection includes the standpipe having the connection fixing fin protruded from the side of the lower part thereof and vertically stretched to be coupled to the rib of the lower end of the connection pipe. |
