The present invention relates to an inland sea rescue system using an automatic identification system (AIS) and an inland sea rescue method. The inland sea rescue system reports and copes with distress of a ship occurred in the sea, and comprises: a ship (100) equipped with the AIS (120) to identify the location and information of a ship automatically and to transmit and receive location information in case of distress and a wired/wireless communication device (140) capable of performing wired or wireless communication and a safe sailing database (160) to store information and safe sailing information of the ship; a sea rescue control part (200) checking and analyzing accident situation, and performing corresponding control action, by receiving the location information from the ship and sound information provided from the wired/wireless communication device, as being equipped with a marine rescue control device (22) for communicating with a rescue ship (300) and grasping the location of the ship and controlling the rescue situation, and a ship safety information processing device (240) to connect ship information and safety information; and the rescue ship expressing the location information and the sound information provided from the sea rescue control part and rescuing the ship in distress. |
