FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to refrigerating engineering and can be implemented in food industry, agricultural industry sector, agriculture, diaries for rotating mixers and pasteurising installations by means of a worm reducer. The worm gear actuator consists of a-synchronous motor (1), clutch (2) with worm (3), and of worm gear (4) with shaft (5). A-synchronous motor (1), support pole (11), flange of cylinder cartridge (8) are secured on plate (10). Ball beatings (6, 7) and shaft (5) are installed inside cylinder cartridge (5). Worm (3) with its half-axles is installed into bronze bushing (12) and clutch (2) pinned on the half-axle of the worn and electric motor shaft. Clutch (2) is made out of a rubber-metal-cord sleeve. ^ EFFECT: disclosed design of reducer eliminates fabrication of complex case parts, coordinating-boring operations, and additional bearings; also there is facilitated simplified assembly and adjustment of worm pair with a-synchronous driven electric motor. ^ 2 dwg |
