PURPOSE: A multi surface plate and a panel adsorbing device adsorbing a display panel onto a touch panel using the same are provided to adsorb the display panel onto the touch panel of various sizes, thereby increasing adsorption efficiency and productivity. CONSTITUTION: A top stage(210) is equipped inside a chamber. The top stage supports a first panel. A bottom stage(310) is equipped inside of the chamber. The bottom stage supports a second panel. Multi surface plates(240,320) comprise adsorption holes and adhesive members. The multi surface plates are replaced according to a size of the second panel. The adsorption holes and the adhesive members are equipped in one side of the bottom stage. The adsorption holes and the adhesive members inhales and supports the second panel in order to enable the second panel to place in one side. Lift pins(260,340) penetrate the bottom stage and the multi surface plates and appear in a top of the multi surface plates. |
