<p>The invention relates to a perfusion bioreactor (1), with a culture chamber (4) formed in a housing (2). Provision is made that the jacket surface of the culture chamber (4) is formed by the inside wall of the housing (2), and the end faces of the housing (2) are provided with housing openings (7, 7') for receiving closure elements (8) that can be plugged sealingly into the housing openings (7, 7'), wherein the closure elements (8) have channel-like openings (11) for the delivery and removal of a culture medium, and wherein the channel-like opening (11) of one or both closure elements (8) has a section that narrows from the end face of the closure element (8) facing the culture chamber (4) to the end face of the closure element (8) facing away from the culture chamber (4).</p> |
