PURPOSE: A producing method of food products containing soybean or soymilk is provided to improve the storage property of the soymilk by grinding soybean using alkaline water and a lactobacillus fermentation concentrate. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of soymilk comprises a step of soaking soybeans in water, a step of grinding and steaming the soybeans, and a step of cooling the ground soybeans, and a step of finely grinding and filtering. The soaked soybeans are mixed with alkaline water having the pH of 8-11 and a lactobacillus fermentation concentrate before the grinding step. |
