PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene based resin composition for packaging material which has an excellent balance among high transparency, stiffness, low temperature impact resistance and blocking resistance and a retort film, a protect film, a medical container package film and a freshness keeping film and a sheet thereof using the resin composition. SOLUTION: The propylene based resin composition comprises a propylene based polymer (A) satisfying a certain requirement, and a propylene-ethylene based copolymer (B) satisfying a certain requirement.
