Textile section, compound material element with textile section and method for producing same

Textile part (10) comprises a reinforcing system (15) made of reinforcing warp- and reinforcing weft threads, which are directly linked with each other in the first section, and with at least one first- (20) and second section. The reinforcing warp threads are placed with the reinforcing weft threads in second section without direct woven links. The second section is bounded at several sites by the first section. The reinforcing system is enclosed in second section between binding weft- (26) and binding warp threads of a binding system (25), which are linked with each other at binding sites. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a composite material element comprising a textile layer which comprises the above textile part, and a plastic matrix which is connected with the textile layer; (2) producing the textile part, comprising (a) equipping a weaving machine with the reinforcing warp threads and the binding warp threads, and the reinforcing weft threads and the binding weft threads, and (b) underlaying the reinforcing weft threads and the binding weft threads in a predetermined order, where during a weft insertion with the reinforcing weft threads corresponding to the linking type, a part of the reinforcing warp threads extending through the first section are located in an upper compartment, the other part is located in a lower compartment, and all reinforcing warp threads extending through the second section are located always in the same upper- or lower compartment, and during a weft insertion with the binding weft threads, the reinforcing warp threads extending through the first section, are respectively located in the same upper- or lower compartment, the reinforcing warp threads extending through the second section, are respectively located in the same upper- or lower compartment, and at least a part of the binding warp threads extending through this second section, are located in the respective other compartment, corresponding to the linking type; and (3) producing the composite material element, comprising providing the textile part, providing a plastic material, and connecting the textile part with the plastic material to obtain a plate-shaped composite material element.
