PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce input operation of authentication information used for authentication processing in order to utilize a web service, the input operation being executed after a user is authenticated at least once. SOLUTION: Authentication processing is performed in accordance with authentication information received from a client terminal. After authenticated, screen information of a frame stored in association with the corresponding authentication information is transmitted to the client terminal, the frame containing authentication information used for authentication processing in a web server and an authentication parameter, identifying the corresponding authentication information, for a form of a web service.
