A replacement apparatus for a chain connecting pin is disclosed. The replacement apparatus comprises: a plane support including a conveyor belt where a chain is placed; a fixing unit which is fixed and connected to the plane support and fixes a pin hole of a chain; a hydraulic cylinder which inserts a chain connecting pin placed on the conveyor belt for replacement into the pin hole fixed by the fixing unit and pushes an existing chain connecting pin inserted into the pin hole to the outside by the newly inserted chain connecting pin; a counter which counts the number of the chain connecting pins replaced by the hydraulic cylinder; a motor which powers the conveyor belt and the hydraulic cylinder; a cooler which cools heat generated by the motor; and a fan which cools heat generated by the motor. The conveyor belt is automatically moved at the interval of the pin hole so that each pin hole can be successively fixed by the fixing unit. The fixing unit automatically fixes the pin hole when the conveyor belt is automatically moved. The hydraulic cylinder inserts the chain connecting pin placed on the conveyor belt into the pin hole fixed by the fixing unit using a cylinder rod. The motor is a step motor. The chain connecting pin connects a conveyor belt chain for transporting alcoholic beverages. |
