The present invention relates to a water treatment system using a hollow fiber membrane for reducing the final concentrate which maximizes the efficiency of water treatment by re-treating concentrate generated in the process of water treatment and minimizes the quantity of concentrate. The water treatment system using a hollow fiber membrane for reducing the final concentrate according to the present invention comprises a first hollow fiber membrane module for introducing raw water including materials to be separated or concentrate being discharged in the process of prior water treatment, conducting treatment using a hollow fiber membrane, and discharging wastewater and concentrate generated in the process to outside; and a second hollow fiber membrane module for introducing concentrate being discharged from the first hollow fiber membrane module, conducting re-treatment using a hollow fiber membrane, and discharging wastewater and concentrate generated in the process to outside. According to the water treatment system using a hollow fiber membrane for reducing the final concentrate, the efficiency of water treatment (recovery rate of wastewater) can be maximized (above 99.9%) and the quantity of final concentrate can be minimized.
