The present invention relates to a mobile decoration glass in which an uneven pattern is expressed on an opaque window and a manufacturing method thereof. The mobile decoration glass, wherein a display window and an opaque window are formed on a glass panel composing a liquid crystal display of a mobile device, is manufactured so as to successively form: a primer printing layer which is made of transparent ink on the back side of the opaque window of the glass panel; a UV resin pattern layer formed in the primer printing layer with ultraviolet-curable resin; a reflecting layer which is deposited or printed on the UV resin pattern layer with metal or nonmetal; and a resin protection layer formed on the reflecting layer with opaque resin raw materials.
