The present invention relates to the authentication of a multi-user server system, more specifically, to a two-factor authentication login system, and provides the effects to double execute the real user based authentication by inputting the real user's authentication information and the account based basic authentication with an identification (ID) and password; securing the weakness of an ID-password authentication method; constructing a reliable authentication system; executing resource access control, command control, and the use of a real user based operating system (OS) account by connecting to an electronic payment system by overcoming a restricted point which is difficult to identify the real users according to the shared OS account; and, more accurately, tracking work histories with the real user information.
