Rhodophyta is seaweed generating various materials, and produces chlorophyll a, chlorophyll d and xanthophyll. Addtionally, Rhodophyta produces various pigments and agar as by-products. The agar is in a gel state, and thus, the melting thereof varies like amethyst according to impurites therein. Therefore, the present invention was invented on the thoutht that the characterisctics can create diverse concentration gradients. The present invention is thought to be very useful, paricularly in molecular biology such as protein seperation, and to be used in seperating DNAs and amino acids according to a salt. The following effects are expected through the present invention: identification of a PTM state of proteins in cheap prices; harmless to the human body; and manufactuirng gels in a simpler way. |
