摘要

A Josefson multi-layer contact for a superconducting magnetometer for registration of variable magnetic fields comprises a dielectric substrate, a low electrode, superconductors, a layer of nonsuperconducting metal, a dielectric film, an upper superconducting electrode. Between the dielectric film and upper superconducting electrode an addition layer of nonsuperconducting metal is placed, which is the similar to the composition and thickness of nonsuperconducting layer.
