METHOD FOR PREDICTION OF RECURRENCE OF UROTHELIAL CANCER OF THE UPPER URINARY TRACTS TO URINARY BLADDER AFTER RADICAL SURGICAL TREATMENT

A method for prediction of recurrence of urothelial cancer of upper urinary tracts to urinary bladder after radical surgical treatment is realized through investigation of histological preparations of operation material of the tumor dyed with hematoxylin and eosin and monoclonal antibodies to cytokeratins Ki-67. At that histological preparations are additionally dyed with monoclonal antibodies to CK7, with following scanning the whole area of section of tumor tissue with automated or manual method, and at presence of lymphatic and/or blood vessels of tumor cells in the lumen that express CK7+ and Ki-67+ recurrence of urothelial cancer to urinary bladder is predicted.
